How much does a payout cost?

$0.01 per recipient, plus the network's gas fee for that transfer. The same price applies to single payouts and batches.

Who pays the fee, me or the recipient?

You choose. Deduct it from each amount, so the recipient gets the amount minus the fee, or pay it from your balance on top, so the recipient gets exactly the amount you sent.

Where do payouts come from?

Can payouts be reviewed before they go out?
